Our Wash & Fold Service
At Potomac Laundry, we understand how busy life can get and how valuable your time is. That’s why we offer full service wash and fold services designed to take the stress out of your day and give you back precious time for what matters most.
We offer 3 options for the wash and fold handoff:
Drop off and pick up in store with our staff
For larger loads or in person communication instead of online booking , this is the best option.
Drop off and retrieve from our laundry lockers
Book in the app and drop your laundry in our laundry lockers. We will collect, clean, then return to the locker for you to pick up .
Schedule a pickup from your home
Book an appointment in the app for Uber or DoorDash to pick up your laundry and deliver it back to you.
In any case, you can expect your laundry to be meticulously washed, dried, and folded according to your preferences. We will notify you that your clothes available within 48 hours.

We are open every day from 6 AM to 10 PM. The last wash is at 9 PM, so please make sure to arrive before then to complete your laundry.

Yes! We offer a convenient drop-off service, where you can leave your laundry with us, and we’ll take care of the washing and folding. Simply pick it up when it's ready!

Yes, we have vending machines stocked with snacks and drinks to keep you refreshed while you do your laundry.
We also have a vending machine for any laundry supplies you may need (detergent, dryer sheets, fabric softener, bleach, and laundry bags)

It happens. Please call us or stop by as soon as you realize any items were forgotten. We do our best to figure out which of our customers may have left items behind and notify them. In any case, we will bag and save your your laundry for at least a week.

Standard Wash & Fold Pricing
Standard turnaround: $1.50 per pound
Express Service (Same day if received by noon. Max 24 hour turnaround): Additional $0.50 per pound
Bulky Item Pricing
Comforters: $22.00 (Standard) | $26.00 (Down) | Add $3 for Express
Blankets: $12.00 (Throws & Twin) | $20.00 (Full, Queen, King) | Add $3 for Express
Pillows: $5.00 (Standard) | $8.00 (Down) | Add $2 for Express
Bath Mats: $10.00 | Add $2 for Express
Washable Rugs: $25.00 (under 40 sqft) | $35.00 (41-80 sqft) | Add $5 for Express
Delivery Fees
In-Store Lockers: No fee
Off-site Lockers: Fees may apply
Uber/DoorDash Delivery: Journey fees apply
Other Charges
Hypoallergenic or premium detergent: add 5%
Bleaching: $0.50/lb or 20% for bulky items
Pet hair roller brush: $0.50/lb or 20% for bulky items
Turnaround Time
Standard: Less than 48 hours
Express: Available for an additional fee
Large Orders: May require extra time, and we’ll notify you if we can’t meet the deadline.
